*Additional Notes:

Necropsies should be coded and submitted using a SNOMED concept id, rather than as part of the discharge status as was done using SNVDO.

Line breaks and tabs, while not essential, make the document human readable.

We do not record color. There is no harm including it; it will be ignored for now.

There is no need to submit age. It is computed on the fly.

Some dates are formatted differently than others, however, consistent input will yield consistent results.

The order, suspect and recheck attributes of the concept_id element are optional. If left blank, suspect and recheck are set to "0".
If order is left blank, the order in which the concepts ids appear in the document is then used.

It is essential that, for a given snomed_group, either ALL or NONE of the concept_id elements have order attributes. The results are
undefined if some orders are defined and others are not.
